Application Process
This section outlines the standard process from application to the trial test for translators and proofreaders.
Application
Click the “Go to Application Form” button at the bottom of the job posting page, complete the required information, and click “Apply.” You will receive an email with details of the next steps. Please review it and proceed accordingly.
- First-time applicants: Enter the required information and click “Apply.”
- Returning applicants: Log in via “For returning applicants,” select the required items, and click “Apply.”

Document
Submission
After applying, the job will appear in your “My Applications.” Please submit the required information and documents via the “Document Submission” section.
*Depending on the role, document screening may be conducted.
Trial
Submission
After submitting your application documents, you will be able to download the trial assignment from the [Applicant Portal]. Please download the assignment and submit it.
*If document screening is required, the results will be sent by email. Applicants who pass the screening should log in to the [Applicant Portal] to download the trial assignment.
Notification of
Results
Based on the trial results, we will notify you of the outcome. Successful candidates will receive guidance on registration and the next steps.
- Application documents and trial assignments have submission deadlines. For most roles, the deadline is one week, but some roles (such as native checking) require submission within 24 hours. Deadlines are system-controlled and cannot be changed.
- All application documents must be uploaded via the designated website. As submissions are managed through the system, email attachments are not accepted.
